Shoot for Jayam Ravi's Agilan has been wrapped up. The makers informed the same by sharing a glimpse of the making video. The film is written and directed by N Kalyana Krishnan, with whom Jayam Ravi had previously worked together in the 2015 film Boologam.

As per the makers, Agilan is a high octane action film shot extensively in the Indian Ocean. From the making video, it is evident that the film is set in the backdrop of ships and ports. It has Priya Bhavani Shankar and Tanya Ravichandran as the female leads. The latter is playing a cop's role in the film. Chirag Jani, Hareesh Peradi, Harish Uthaman, Tarun Arora, and Madhusudhan Rao are also part of the cast.

Agilan, which has music scored by Sam CS, is produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment. The film's teaser is set to be released in June.
