Tamannaah reaches France to attend the 75th Cannes Film Festival

The actor took to Instagram to share a picture from France

It's common knowledge by now that Deepika Padukone is part of the 75th Cannes Film Festival set to happen on May 17. Among Indian stars who are set to walk the prestigious red carpet is Tamannaah Bhatia, who has already reached France. 

The Ayan star took to Instagram to share a picture from her trip. Apart from Tamannaah, it is reported that many South Indian actors like Nayanthara and Pooja Hegde will also be in attendance at the prestigious film festival. 

In this year's film festival, there is a special focus on India as it is officially the Country of Honour at the Marche’ Du Film, organised alongside the Cannes Film Festival. This is to celebrate the 75-year ties between India and France. 

Also, this year R Madhavan's Rocketry will be premiering at the film festival. Also directed and produced by Madhavan, the film is a biopic of Nambi Narayanan, the aerospace engineer who was accused of espionage. The film will be screened at Palais K of the market on May 19, 2022.

Meanwhile, Tamannaah, who was last seen in November Story, will be seen in Anil Ravipudi's F3: Fun and Frustration. Bole Chudiyan, Gurthunda Seethakalam, Babli Bouncer, Bhola Shankar, and Plan A Plan B are her other upcoming films.
