Director Rathna Kumar has announced his next film starring Santhanam in the lead. The title of the film and the motion poster will be revealed tomorrow by directors Gautham Menon, Karthik Subbaraj, Venkat Prabhu, Lokesh Kanagaraj and Nelson at 5 pm. 

The film will have music by Santhosh Narayanan and is produced by S Raj Narayanan of Circle Box Productions. The project is expected to feature Santhanam in a serious role for the first time and the comical portions will be taken care of by a young supporting cast. 

The shooting of the untitled film is reportedly wrapped. Apart from this film, Rathna Kumar co-wrote Kamal Haasan's Vikram, along with Lokesh Kanagaraj and it will hit the screens on June 3.
