We had previously reported that director Lokesh Kanagaraj is teaming up with Kamal Haasan for a film titled Vikram. With the film's shooting recently wrapped up, the makers have come up with an announcement for a new update. Lokesh took to Twitter to confirm that an update regarding the film will be shared later today at 6 pm.

It's speculated that the film's release date will be the announcement while it could also be the announcement of the first single from the film.

Vikram, also starring Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles along with Shivani Narayanan, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Antony Varghese and Arjun Das in supporting roles. The film will have cinematography by Girish Gangadharan and editing by Philomin Raj.
