The title of cinematographer-turned-actor Natty's next has been revealed as Kooraivu. The shooting of the film has begun today following a formal poojai ceremony which saw Bharathiraja as the chief guest. The senior director canned the first shot of the film.

Kooraivu is directed by Antony Samy who earlier directed Saayam. The film will feature Subhapriya Malar as the female lead while Manobala, Bose Venkat and Ilavarasu will be seen in prominent roles. Christopher Joseph will be serving as the director of photography while Muthu Muniasamy N will be handling the editing department.
