Actor Vikram's manager denies heart attack rumours

It was reported earlier today that actor Vikram was admitted to Kauvery Hospital following a cardiac arrest. Now the actor's manager Suryanarayanan has denied the news saying that the actor suffered only a 'mild chest discomfort'. 

In his tweet, he said, "We are pained to hear the rumours. We request you to give him and the family the privacy they need at this time." He also added that the actor will be discharged from the hospital in a day. 

On the professional front, Vikram is part of Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan Part-1 (PS-1), for which the teaser will be released today and Cobra, the mega-budget action thriller directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu.
