The post-theatrical streaming rights of Tamil film Maamanithan starring Vijay Sethupathi has been bagged by Aha Tamil, the director of the film Seenu Ramasamy revealed on social media on Wednesday.

The date of streaming is yet to be announced.

“Maamanithan will be available digitally on Aha platform soon. I request everyone who is following me on Twitter to see this film once,” Seenu Ramasamy appealed on Twitter.

Maamanithan is a family drama starring Vijay Sethupathi, Gayathrie, KPAC Lalitha, Guru Somasundaram and Shaji Chen, among others. The film released in theatres on June 24.

The film's cinematography and editing were handled by M Sukumar and A Sreekar Prasad, respectively. It also saw the legendary Ilaiyaraaja and his son Yuvan Shankar Raja coming together for the first time to compose music.
