The makers of Dhanush's next release Maaran have unveiled the promo for the first single, titled 'Polladha Ulagam', which is set to hit the internet tomorrow. The 35-second video promises a groovy track with Dhanush's energetic dance movies as he croons, "Idhu polladha ulagam... nee romba sharp-ah iru"

Arivu has also lent his voice to the song. The song features lyrics by Vivek, who has also penned songs for other Dhanush films such as Kodi, Vada Chennai, and Jagame Thandhiram. GV Prakash Kumar has composed the song, which will release at 7 pm tomorrow.

Billed as an action thriller, the film also stars Malavika Mohanan, Samuthirakani, Smruthi Venkat, Krishnakumar Balasubramanian and Mahendran in supporting roles. It is produced by TG Thyagarajan, Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan through Sathya Jyothi Films.

While it has been announced that the film will be premiere on Disney+ Hotstar, it is yet to get a steaming date.
