Recent reports have suggested that actor Sivakarthikeyan might be teaming up with Telugu filmmaker Kalyan Krishna of Bangarraju-fame for one of his forthcoming projects. It has now been established that the news regarding the collaboration is merely a rumour and the actor is not currently attached to any such project.

However, Kalyan has signed a project with Studio Green, but details related to the film are currently under wraps, considering the nascency of the project.

Sivakarthikeyan, on the other hand, has multiple films in different stages of production. His next release will be Don, billed as a youthful entertainer. He also has the long-awaited sci-fi comedy Ayalaan, directed by R Ravikumar, and Telugu-Tamil bilingual under the direction of Jathi Ratnalu-fame Anudeep KV. It was also recently announced that the actor will be teaming up with Rangoon director Rajkumar Periyasamy for a film produced by Kamal Haasan.
