Vijay Sethupathi's DSP to stream on Netflix soon

DSP, the recently released Tamil film starring actor Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role, will be available for streaming on Netflix from December 30.

Directed by filmmaker Ponram, the film released in theatres on December 2 and was met with mixed reviews. DSP features Vijay Sethupathi as a police officer named Vascodagama. After being forced into exile in the aftermath of an encounter with a don, a young man comes back as a police officer to exact revenge, is the synopsis of the film.

Apart from Vijay Sethupathi, the film also stars former Miss India World Anukreety Vas, Shivani Narayanan, Cooku with Comali-fame Pugazh, Ilavarasu, Gnanasammandhan, Deepa, and Singampuli. With cinematography by Venkatesh S and Dinesh Krishnan B, DSP is edited by Vivek Harshan and bankrolled by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam.

Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi has a number of films in the pipeline. He has Hindi film Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan under Atlee's direction. This apart, he has Merry Christmas opposite Katrina Kaif, Viduthalai with Vetrimaaran, and Gandhi Talks in Tamil.
