Stunt choreographer Supreme Sundar, who won national awards for his work in Ayyappanum Koshiyum, has been roped in for Suriya's upcoming film with director Siva. 

Presently, referred to as Suriya 42, the film features Disha Patani as the female lead and marks the Tamil debut of the actor, who predominantly works in the Hindi film industry. The first schedule of the film has been wrapped up recently in Goa and the shooting is currently happening in Chennai.

Suriya 42, jointly produced by UV Creations and Studio Green, has been planned to be released in 3D across ten languages. Adi Narayana has scripted the film with dialogues by Madan Karky. It has music by Devi Sri Prasad, and cinematography by Siva's frequent collaborator, Vetri Palanisamy.
