We had earlier reported that Vishal's upcoming film, Laththi, will be hitting screens this Christmas season. While an exact date hasn't been announced yet, the makers confirmed the release plans. 

Now, with just days left for the festive release of Laththi, the makers have announced the date of the trailer release. 

Billed as an action-heavy entertainer, Laththi is directed by A Vinoth Kumar. The trailer will be launched on December 12 at 5 pm. 

Vishal is playing a police constable in the film, which stars Sunainaa opposite him. With stunt choreography by Peter Hein, Laththi has cinematography by Balasubramanian and Balakrishna Thota. Music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, and edits are done by NB Srikanth.

Backed by actors Ramana and Nanda under the banner Rana Productions, Laththi is set to release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
