HIT: The Second Case, the recently released Telugu film starring Adivi Sesh in the lead role, is currently running in theatres and has been receiving positive reception. The film is a sequel to the 2020 film HIT: The First Case, which starred Vishwak Sen in the lead role.
The team recently celebrated the success of the film, and the director of the franchise, Sailesh Kolanu took to social media to inform that HIT 3 will be "massive". In another post, he shared a poster of actor Nani as Arjun Sarkaar, who will feature in HIT 3. "Mark my words, I will create the next level rampage with #ArjunSarkaar in #Hit3. It’s my promise," the director tweeted. Nani has produced the first two films of the HIT franchise.
The second part featured Adivi Sesh as police officer Krishna Dev aka KD, who probes the murder case of a girl whose body, is found. It has Meenakshi Chaudhary playing the female lead. The film also stars Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani, Posani Krishna Murali, Komalee Prasad, Srinath Maganti, Srikanth Iyengar among others. The technical team of HIT 2 includes cinematography by S Manikandan, and Garry BH handling the editing. Music is composed by MM Sree Lekha, and Suresh Bobbili.
