As reported earlier by us, AR Rahman is composing music for Aishwarya Rajinikanth's upcoming directorial Laal Salaam. On Thursday, the filmmaker shared photos with AR Rahman and her father Rajinikanth on social media and captioned it as, "When two amazing human beings meet and you happen to be the reason... you are blessed and of course, they are the best."

AR Rahman also shared photos of Rajinikanth experiencing the virtual reality film Le Musk. A picture of the superstar sitting in an immersive chair (specially designed for the film) and donning a VR set was shared on social media.

Le Musk, the upcoming Indian virtual reality thriller, is co-produced, and directed by AR Rahman. The film stars Nora Arnezeder, Guy Burnet, Munirih Grace and Mariam Zohrabyan. Earlier, it premiered at the Cannes Film Market's Cannes XR programme. The 37-minute film is billed as a cinematic sensory experience incorporating virtual reality, with motion, music, and scent integrated into the narrative. It follows a musician Juliet Merdinian, who, 20 years since she was orphaned, seeks out the men who changed her destiny with one powerful memory — that of their scent. Apart from directing, Rahman composed the music.
