The trailer of Arya's Captain will be out on August 22 at 11 AM. Billed as a sci-fi thriller, the film is directed by Shakti Soundarrajan. It marks the director's reunion with Arya after last year's Teddy. 

Earlier, while speaking to us, director Shakti had revealed that, unlike Teddy, Captain is an intense, high-octane action film. The rest of the cast includes Simran, Harish Uthaman, Kavya Shetty, Gokul Anand, Suresh Menon, Bharath Raj, and Ambuli Gokul.

With cinematography by S Yuva, Shakti's frequent collaborator Imman is handling the music. The film, produced by Think Studios in association with Arya’s The Show People, is slated for release on September 8.
