If reports are to believed, Dulquer Salmaan is next set to team up with Praveen Chandran, an associate in Kurup and Luca. Tentatively titled Vilasini Memorial, it is billed as a comedy entertainer set in a rural backdrop.

Earlier, Praveen had planned another football-based film with Dulquer, but it is learnt that the makers have shelved the project for now.

The upcoming Praveen-Dulquer film is scripted by Deepu Pradeep of Kunjiramayanam fame. Chemban Vinod Jose and Soubin Shahir are also said to be part of the cast. Anend C Chandran, best known for his works in Premam and Bheeshma Parvam, will be handling the cinematography.

The makers are planning to start shooting on Chingam 1 (August 17).
