Vishal injured while shooting for Mark Antony

Vishal, who is currently shooting for director Adhik Ravichandran's Mark Antony, has sustained an injury to his knee while filming an action sequence for the film.

The actor, who recently had two major injuries to his leg while shooting for Laththi, has sustained a serious blow to his knee now. He had to be taken to a private hospital nearby where he was administered first aid and advised rest.

Mark Antony reportedly has both Vishal and SJ Suryah in double roles. Ritu Varma essays the female lead's part. GV Prakash Kumar is scoring music for the film, and cinematography is by Abhinandan Ramanujam. Vijay Velukutty is the editor, and stunts are choreographed by Kanal Kannan, Peter Hein, and Ravi Varma.

S Vinod Kumar, who had produced Vishal's Enemy, is backing Mark Antony as well. It has been planned as a pan-Indian project with release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
