Prabhudheva to play an IPS officer in his next

The actor will be seen as a cop in AC Mugil's Pon Manickavel as well

Prabhudheva had recently signed a new film with debutant director Sam Rodrigues. It is learnt that the actor will be seen playing an IPS officer's role in it. Produced by Joy Film Box Entertainment, the film is based on real-life incidents.

This yet-be-titled film has Anthony as the editor and SN Prasad as the music director. Shoot is currently progressing and more details regarding the supporting cast members are awaited.

Prabhudheva, meanwhile, has multiple other films lined up. He will be seen as a cop in AC Mugil's Pon Manickavel as well. Santhosh P. Jayakumar's Poikkal Kuthirai, Bagheera, Pon Manickavel, Yung Mung Sung, Oomai Vizhigal, Bagheera, and an untitled film with lyricist-turned-filmmaker Pa Vijay are some of his other announced projects.

Prabhudheva is also said to be in talks with filmmakers Venkat Prabhu and Kalyan for new projects.
