Saran Shakthi to play negative role in Suriya's Etharkkum Thunindhavan

Saran Shakthi, noted for his roles in Vada Chennai and the recently released Netrikann, will be seen playing a negative character in the upcoming Suriya-Pandiraj film Etharkkum Thunindhavan. A glimpse of Saran was also reportedly featured in the film's first look.

Etharkkum Thunindhavan promises to be an action-packed entertainer. After wrapping up a 51-day long schedule, the makers are next planning to shoot a major action sequence in Chennai.

Gang Leader fame Priyanka Arul Mohan is paired with Suriya in the film. The cast also includes Sathyaraj, Jayaprakash, Saranya Ponvannan, Devadarshini and Ilavarasu among others.

Produced by Sun Pictures, the film has music by D Imman and cinematography by Rathnavelu.

Meanwhile, Suriya also has Vetri Maaran's Vaadi Vaasal and  Tha Se Gnanavel's Jai Bhim in various stages of production.
