Ever since actors Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their mutual divorce, social media is flooded with rumours about the cause of the separation. In a response to slandering rumours, Samantha has made a statement on Twitter. 

In the strongly-worded statement, the Super Deluxe actor said, "This attack on me personally, has been relentless. But I promise you this, I will never allow this or anything else they say break me (sic)."

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya, who have acted together in films, got married on 6 October 2017 in a grand ceremony. The couple later acter together in the movie Majili (2019). After about four years of marriage, the couple announced their separation on 2 October. 

On the work front, Samantha is awaiting the release of Shaakuntalam while shooting for Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal.
