Prabhudheva: Bagheera is a Adhik-genre film

The trailer and audio launch of Prabhudheva-starrer Bagheera was  held earlier today in Chennai.

The event was attended by Prabhudheva, director Adhik Ravichandran, six of the seven female leads - Amyra Dastur, Janani, Sanchita Shetty, Gayathrie Shankar, Sakshi Agarwal, and Sonia Agarwal, producer RV Bharathan, music director Ganesan Sekar, and other cast and crew of the film.

The event was kick-started with the organisers playing the trailer of the film, followed by the video songs from the album.

Director Adhik, while speaking during the event, thanked each and everyone who worked in the film, and praised Prabhudheva for his immense support during the shoot. "In every way, he is the heart and soul of Bagheera," he said. While responding to other actors' statements that they are not sure about the film's genre, Adhik said that he too isn't sure about which genre the film will fall under.

However, Prabhudheva added during his speech that the film will come under 'The Adhik genre'."Adhik done every quirky thing he wanted to try in this film. He is like a forest river that takes many turns," said Prabhudheva. The actor also praised music director Ganesan Sekar, stating that he was impressed right from the moment he heard the first song of the film."

The event was also attended by producer Kalaipuli S Thanu, Tirupur M Subramaniam, President of Tamil Nadu Theatres and Multiplexes Owners Association, and actor and musician GV Prakash among others.

Bagheera, also starring Remya Nambeesan and Nasser, is bankrolled by Bharathan Pictures.
