Vijay Sethupathi donates Rs 1 crore to FEFSI

Actor Vijay Sethupathi has donated Rs 1 crore for the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI). The money will be used for the construction of a multi-storeyed housing project for its members. The actor gave the cheque to RK Selvamani, the president of FEFSI in an event held in Chennai. 

Speaking at the event the actor stated that he had wanted to help the association a long ago, but due to financial constraints, it got delayed. He also added that his help is minuscule at the face of the deeds the association does for its members. He also promised that his help for the association will continue. 

On the work front, the actor was last seen in horror-comedy Annabelle Sethupathi. He has an array of upcoming films including Kamal Haasan's Vikram, Kadaisi Vivasayi, Maamanidhan, and Malayalam film 19 (1) (A).
