Uchanthala Regaiyile: First single from Mysskin's Pisasu 2 out

CE Features

The first single from Mysskin's Pisasu 2, titled Uchanthala Regaiyile, was released earlier today.

Composed by Karthik Raja and sung by Sid Sriram, the song has lyrics written by Kabilan. As the melodious track plays in the background, the video of the song features montage shots that establish the landscape, flora and fauna of the place in which the film is set.

Notably, Mysskin and Sid Sriram collaborated earlier in Psycho, which had music by maestro Ilaiyaraaja.

Pisasu 2, a sequel to Mysskin's 2014 hit horror film, is headlined by Andrea Jeremiah, and it also stars Poorna and Santhosh Pratap in the lead. The film will feature a cameo by Vijay Sethupathi. This is the second collaboration between Andrea and Mysskin after Thupparivaalan while the director had earlier shared screen space with Poorna in Savarakathi.

Pisasu 2 is bankrolled by T Muruganantham's Rockfort Entertainment.
