Buzz is that Dhruv Vikram is teaming up with director Vignesh Shivan for a new film. The two are said to be planning a youthful romantic entertainer but it is yet to be confirmed.

Dhruv had earlier signed a film with Mari Selvaraj, which will be produced by Pa Ranjith. However, with the former committing another film with Udhayanidhi Stalin, it seems like Dhruv's film will be delayed.

The Aditya Varma actor is currently awaiting the release of Mahaan, in which he is sharing screen space with his father Vikram for the first time.

Vignesh Shivan, meanwhile, is trying to get his film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kadhal on big screens by the end of next month as a Christmas release. The film has Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha as the leads.
