A new promo of Valimai is out, which gives a glimpse into what went behind the making of the film. The three-minute-long clip addresses the delay in the making of the film, which went on floors about two years ago. 

We get a glimpse of Huma Qureshi and the film's antagonist Karthikeya in the promo. The highlight of the promo turned out to be a stunt fail, where Ajith falls with his bike while attempting a wheelie.

Valimai marks H Vinoth's second collaboration with Ajith after the 2019 courtroom drama, Nerkonda Paarvai. Billed as an action entertainer, Valimai has remained one of the most awaited Indian films ever since its announcement in late 2019.

The film also features Bani, Sumithra, Achyunth Kumar, Yogi Babu, Raj Ayyappa, Pugazh, among others in supporting roles. Moreover, the film's first teaser is expected to be released shortly.
