Actor Vijay wrapped up the shoot for his upcoming film titled Beast earlier today. The update was shared by Sun Pictures on their Twitter handle. 

Along with the announcement, they also shared a picture of Vijay hugging the film's director Nelson Dilipkumar on the sets. The producers said that this was a special moment from Thalapathy's upcoming film Beast. 

Before Vijay, Pooja Hegde had wrapped the shoot for the film and a video was shared on the same Twitter handle. She spoke about her experience on the sets of the film and said, "It’s been great working for Beast. It's been an absolute pleasure to be on the set. We have laughed so much making the film and I hope that you guys are going to laugh as well."

She also added, "In typical Nelson style and Vijay sir’s style this film is going to be absolute entertainment. It has just been great to be on the set because everyone is so lively and is such a character that it honestly felt like a vacation while we were shooting the film. Sadly today is my last for Beast. It is a shoot wrap for my portion. See you in the theatres.”

Beast also stars director Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, John Vijay, and more. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the film.
