The video of the song Vaathi Coming from Vijay-starrer Master has surpassed 150 million views on YouTube.

The Anirudh Ravichander-composition, which premiered on the video-sharing platform on January 27, garnered over 1.9 million likes and 1,23,000 comments. The video song outdid the year-old lyric video of Vaathi Coming, which has raked in 127 million views so far.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Master became the first major Tamil film to hit screens after the COVID-19 lockdown and emerged as a commercial success earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, Vijay will be next seen in a Nelson directorial that features Pooja Hegde as the female lead. Tentatively called Thalapathy 65, a few portions of the film were recently shot in Georgia. Anirudh is composing music for this film as well, marking his third collaboration with Vijay after Katthi and Master.
