2020 witnessed a wealth of powerful performances on OTT. While stars like Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pankaj Tripathi shone in their respective releases, the younger batch of actors too took our breath away. As the year draws to a close, here are a few OTT performers you should follow in the future:

Pratik Gandhi – Emerging from Gujarati theatre, Pratik made a flawless transition into Harshad Mehta for Scam 1992. The actor was widely praised for his portrayal of the infamous stockbroker, becoming a breakout artist in 2020.

Abhishek Banerjee – The actor had double reason to celebrate with the success of Paatal Lok as he took on the roles of both an actor and the casting director for the show. His intense portrayal of Hathoda Tyagi in Paatal Lok blew fans away and was among the most celebrated performances this year.

Divyenndu – From the millennial hit Pyaar Ka Punchnama to the gritty Mirzapur 2 and Bicchoo Ka Khel, Divyenndu has come a long way. The actor was a revelation as the year’s most loved villain and anti-hero.

Shreya Chaudhary – She shone as the female lead of Amazon Prime Video’s Bandish Bandits. The musical-drama series saw Shreya portraying a pop star with crossover dreams. The actor had previously appeared in Imtiaz Ali's short-film, The Other Way and the feature Dear Maya.

Chandan Roy Sanyal – While Bobby Deol won kudos for his mercurial performance in Aashram, it was his on-screen sidekick Chandan Roy Sanyal who practically walked away with the show. Chandan has been a consistent OTT presence and has multiple releases lined up in the new year.
