CE Features

Nani and Ritu Varma's upcoming film Tuck Jagadish was earlier announced to be released on April 23. Like many other films, the action entertainer was also postponed indefinitely due to the resurgence of Covid-19. Ever since reports were doing the rounds that the makers are aiming for a digital release in a popular OTT platform.

When contacted, Vamsi-Shekar, the publicists of Tuck Jagadish, quashed the reports and stated that the film is not set for a direct digital release. "Tuck Jagadish is made on a lavish scale for theatrical viewing. The makers wanted the audience to enjoy the movie-watching experience. They are looking at a theatrical release once the pandemic situation settles down and they will announce the release date soon. Until then the team is urging everyone to stay united in fighting against the deadly virus," said Vamsi-Shekar.

Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Tuck Jagadish also features Aishwarya Rajesh, Jagapathi Babu, Devadarshini and Rao Ramesh in pivotal roles. Produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, the film has music by SS Thaman.
