Following its theatrical release in March, Dibakar Banerjee’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar has now premiered digitally on Amazon Prime Video. The film, which stars Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra, dropped on the platform on May 20.

Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar follows two unlikely characters on the run. Pinkesh Dahiya or Pinky,  played by Arjun, is a Haryanvi police officer. After a set of events, he’s saddled with Sandeep Kaur (Parineeti), an ambitious banker. On their trail is a corrupt cop, played by Jaideep Ahlawat. The cop’s ruthless pursuit drives them to the Nepal border, where they’re harboured by an unwitting couple (played by Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta).
