Sara Ali Khan recently contributed to the Sonu Sood Charity Foundation for COVID-19 relief.

Thanking Sara for her contribution, Sonu called her a ‘hero’ and an inspiration for the youth. "Thank you so much my dear Sara Ali Khan for your contribution to the Sonu Sood Charity Foundation! Extremely proud of you. Keep on doing the good work. You have inspired the youth of the nation to come forward and help during these difficult times. You are a hero Sara Ali Khan," he wrote on Twitter.

Notably, Sonu and Sara have worked together in the Ranveer Singh-starrer Simmba.

Sara was last seen in Coolie No. 1. Her upcoming film is Atrangi Re, with Dhanush and Akshay Kumar.
