Jermaine Fowler in talks to star in Amazon's upcoming spy-comedy

Amazon Studios is developing a spy-comedy film based on the United States Postal Service named The U.S.P.S. Jermaine Fowler, who was recently seen in the Amazon original film Coming 2 America, alongside Eddie Murphy, is reportedly in talks to play the lead role.

According to Collider, the story follows Michael Griffiths (Fowler), who learns that his recently killed mother was a spy in the disguise of a mailwoman, working for a highly secretive intelligence agency hiding in plain sight - the United States Postal Service.

Amazon Studios is set to produce the film in association with Imagine Entertainment.

Meanwhile, Fowler will also be seen in Am I Ok? in which he will be sharing screen space with Dakota Johnson.
