The much-awaited trailer of Karthi's action entertainer Sulthan is here, and the featurette hints at a rural, action-packed film with a fast-paced narrative. The trailer's mood might remind one of Karthi's 2011 blockbuster Siruthai.

Directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan, Sulthan marks the Tamil debut of Rashmika Mandanna.

The action drama, co-starring Nepoleon, Lal, Yogi Babu and KGF-fame Ramachandra Raju, has music by Vivek-Mervin and cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan.

The film's crew launched the trailer earlier today in Sathyam theatre, in the presence of the hundred gym boys who play a crucial role in the project.

Sulthan is scheduled to hit the screens on April 2.
