The much-awaited teaser of Mari Selvaraj's Dhanush-starrer Karnan will be released tomorrow at 7:01 pm.

Dhanush took to Twitter to announce the same, along with a new poster from the movie. The poster features the actor wielding a sword, with a group of men and women behind him, with some of them wearing the same mask that was featured in an earlier poster announcing the teaser date.

Directed by Mari Selvaraj, Karnan also stars Rajisha Vijayan, Lal, Gouri G Kishan, Yogi Babu, and others.

The film, produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations, is scheduled for theatrical release on April 9.

The makers have been sharing singles from the album as a part of the film's promotions. The first three tracks have received a unanimously positive response from the audience. The film has music scored by Santhosh Narayanan and cinematography by Theni Eswar. 

Apart from this film, Dhanush is also awaiting the release of Karthik Subbaraj's Jagame Thandhiram, which will premiere directly on the OTT platform Netflix.
