Actor Sonu Sood was recently honoured by Spicejet for his noble contributions to the public during the recent pandemic. The airline made a special plane livery featuring his picture and with the line, "A salute to the saviour Sonu Sood." The gesture is being lauded by netizens. In response, the actor took to Twitter to thank the airline, his fans, and his parents.  

The Dabangg actor helped hundreds of immigrant labourers to get home by providing transportations to various states. In addition to that, he also helped several Indian students who were stranded abroad during the lockdown. Sonu Sood also offered his hotel for the frontline workers during the pandemic. 

Sonu Sood, who was last seen in the Telugu film Alludu Adhurs, has Chiranjeevi's Acharya, Akshay Kumar's Prithviraj, and Tamil film Tamilarasan in his kitty.
