Adivi Sesh replaces Vishwak Sen in Hit: The Second Case

Adivi Sesh, who is known for delivering intriguing thrillers, has been roped in to headline the sequel of Hit, titled Hit: The Second Case. He has replaced actor Vishwak Sen, who played Vikram Rudraraju, a police officer working in the Homicide Intervention Team (HIT) in the original film. The sequel being directed by Sailesh Kolanu, who also helmed Hit

In Hit: The Second Case, Sesh plays Krishna Dev aka KD, a tough cop from Andhra Pradesh. Bankrolled by Nani and Prashanti Tipirneni, the shooting of Hit 2 will commence soon after Sesh wraps up his pan-Indian film, Major.

The makers announced this sequel to the mystery-thriller on the first anniversary of the original film. They also introduced Sesh's KD with a pre-look poster.

Besides Hit: The Second Case, Sesh is also working in the sequel of his 2018 spy-thriller, Goodachari. Titled Goodachari 2, the sequel marks the debut of writer Rahul Pakala as director. The film showcases Sesh as a RAW agent named Trinetra 116.
