Arya to team up with Nalan Kumarasamy?

CE Features

It looks like Arya will be playing the lead in Nalan Kumarasamy's next feature film. If sources are to be believed, the film will be a tribute to the heroes of Tamil cinema and will be bankrolled by Gnanavel Raja's Studio Green. The producer also bankrolled Arya's Ghajinikanth and the actor's upcoming film Teddy.

Interestingly, Nalan was speculated to have signed a two-film deal with the production company last year, with one of them said to be a commercial film while the other would be a sports drama.

The Arya-starrer is reportedly in the pre-production stage and the makers will come up with an official announcement soon.

Nalan's last directorial was Aadal Paadal, one of the four shorts in the recently-released anthology, Kutty Story. Meanwhile, apart from Teddy, Arya has Enemy, alongside Vishal, and Pa Ranjith's Sarpatta Parambarai.
