Popcorn: First look of Avika Gor, Sai Ronak-starrer is out

Starring Avika Gor and Sai Ronak, the melodrama is being directed by Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham

We had earlier reported that actor Avika Gor is turning producer with a melodrama directed by ad filmmaker Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham. The Uyyala Jampala actor, who turned a year older on Wednesday, has revealed the title of her upcoming film -- Popcorn. She shared the motion poster of the film on her social media profile and received a warm reception from her followers. Touted to be a new-age love story, the film also features Sai Ronak as the male protagonist.

"Popcorn tells the story of a girl and a boy, who hate each other but fall in love later after they end up in an ineludible situation. The film is a mix of humour, emotion, and romance," says Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham in a statement.

Produced by Avika Gor in association with Bhogendra Gupta, Popcorn will go on floors in July. Besides this film, Avika will also be seen in Amaran - In The City Chapter 1 and an untitled entertainer alongside Naveen Chandra.
