Actor Kiara Advani has been roped in as the female lead opposite Ram Charan in Shankar's upcoming pan-India film, tentatively called RC 15. The announcement was made earlier today, on Kiara's 29th birthday.

Producer Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations announced the news on their Twitter handle.

In a statement, an excited Kiara said, "It's definitely one of the best birthday presents I have gotten so far. I am excited as well as nervous to work with renowned and experienced names of our film fraternity. I am eagerly waiting to begin the shoot and hoping that this incredible opportunity is translated wonderfully on screen!"

RC 15 will mark Kiara's second collaboration with Ram Charan after Boyapati Srinu's  Vinaya Vidheya Rama.

RC 15 has music by Thaman and dialogues penned by Sai Madhav Burra. Produced by Dil Raju, RC 15 is expected to go on floors in August and the makers are aiming for a pan-India release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi in summer, 2022.
