The newest addition to the Andy Palmer-directed indie feature The Re-Education of Molly Singer is Mom-fame Jaime Pressly. The actor is joining an ensemble of actors that includes Britt Robertson, Ty Simpkin, Nico Santos, Holland Roden and Wendie Malick.

Robertson plays a former college party girl named Molly Singer who in her latter life becomes an attorney and fails in a major case due to her inability to get rid of her partying lifestyle. Instead of firing her, Molly is tasked by her egotistic and controlling boss Brenda (which will be played by Pressly) to re-enroll at her old alma mater, to befriend her socially awkward son, Elliot (Simpkins), and guide him through an already turbulent freshman year.

The film's script has been penned by Todd Friedman and Kevin Haskin and it is produced by Warner Davis and Friedman.

Pressly was last seen in CBS hit sitcom Mom, which ended this year. Earlier this year, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress In a Comedy Series at the Critics Choice Awards for her work on the show.
