We had previously reported that veteran Telugu filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao will be making his acting debut with the film Pelli SandaD. The makers of the film have released the first look of the Raghavendra Rao from the film earlier today.

The one-minute-long teaser beings with a display of pictures of the actors introduced by the director in Telugu Cinema, who later went to become popular stars. Some of the major names include Venkatesh, Mahesh Babu, Taapsee Pannu, Tabu, and Allu Arjun, to name a few.

While sharing the promo on Twitter, filmmaker SS Rajamouli, an erstwhile associate of Raghavendra Rao, wrote, "After directing over 100 films, our Mounamuni comes in front of the camera. Here's the first look of Ragavendra Rao garu as an actor, with PelliSandaD." 

The director, who plays a character named Vasishta in the film, can be seen shooting a basketball in the video. PelliSandaD is being directed by Gowri Ronanki while Raghavendra Rao will be supervising the direction.

The film is being bankrolled by Rk Film Associates in association with Arka Media Works.
