Akshay Kumar's Bell Bottom to hit screens in August

Akshay Kumar's much-awaited spy thriller, Bell Bottom, is gearing up for a theatre release on August 19. 

Slated for a release this April, the film was then pushed to July 27 due to the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic. Now, it is confirmed by the makers that Bell Bottom will release this August. 

Sharing a motion poster of the film on social media, Akshay Kumar wrote, "Mission: To Entertain you on the BIG SCREEN. Date: August 19, 2021. Announcing the arrival of #BellBottom!"

Set in the 1980s, Bell Bottomwas largely shot in Glasgow and Scotland, amid the lockdown.

Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, Bell Bottom also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta Bhupathi and Huma Qureshi.
