Yami Gautam starts filming for Lost

The film reportedly aims to highlight media integrity

We had previously reported that Yami Gautam will be starring in an investigative drama titled Lost. Now, the actor announced that she has started shooting for the film, which is being directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury of Pink-fame.

Yami Gautam took to her social media profiles to share the development. "The shot is set. The journey kickstarts. Lost shooting begins," the Kaabil-actor wrote while sharing pictures with the clapboard. The film, which reportedly aims to highlight media integrity, also features Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, Neil Bhoopalam, Pia Bajpiee, and Tushar Pandey in supporting roles.

Bankrolled by Zee Studios in association with Namah Pictures, the film will have music by Shantanu Moitra and lyrics by Swanand Kirkire. On the other hand, Yami has the horror-comedy Bhoot Police, Dasvi, co-starring Abhishek Bachchan, and the thriller, A Thursday, in her pipeline.
