Nayanthara's next goes on floors

We had previously reported that Nayanthara has signed a two-film deal with Dream Warrior Pictures. Now, it has been reported that the shooting of the first film began last week. The film will be directed by GS Viknesh, a former assistant of filmmaker Venkat Prabhu.

The yet-to-be-titled film will have music by Ron Yohan and cinematography by Tamizh, while Selva RK of Karnan and Sarpatta Parambarai-fame will be handling editing. Details related to the plot of the film are currently under wraps, and the shooting of the film will take place in Chennai and Coimbatore.

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Nayanthara's Netrikann will be skipping its theatrical release to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar instead. The Maya-actor also has Rajinikanth's Annaatthe and Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, co-starring Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha, in her pipeline.
