Post Gaalipata 2 Yogaraj Bhat will be collaborating with actor-producer and politician BC Patil for a project. The film crew also comprises his friends and colleagues including director Suri, music director V Harikrishna and writer-actor Vikas. BC Patil, who is currently busy as a politician is a former cop, who later established himself as an actor in Kannada films. He later directed and produced films.

The director made this announcement on his social media platform. He said, "With Agriculture Minister of State, BC Patil, Suri, Harikrishna, Vikas, Sudhir, and I will come together for a project. More details about the project will be revealed soon."

In a chat with CE, Yogaraj Bhat, "The project is in the nascent stage. I will be finalising the script soon and post that we will be announcing the launch date." Bhat is currently shooting for Aaddarinda and is planning to resume Gaalipata 2 soon.

Meanwhile, Bhatru is currently shooting for his long-pending episode in the film Aaddarinda, a film that involves five directors coming together for a project. His segment stars comedy Khiladigalu couple - Govinde Gowda and Divya. "It is a different experience. Hope this collaboration of 5 directors will set a good example in the industry. I am glad to be working with producer Chandan Gowda," he says.

As for his upcoming directorial Gaalipata 2, Bhatru is planning to shoot the film soon. The film, bankrolled by Ramesh Reddy, stars Ganesh, Diganth, and Pawan Kumar.

"We are left with 30 percent of shooting," says Yogaraj Bhat. The director, who is simultaneously editing the film, is happy with the music scored by Arjun Janya for the film. "The portions that were shot in foreign locations are mind-blowing. I can't wait to present it to the audience. The songs are brilliant and we are soon planning to release the audio," he says.
