Actor Jr NTR will be releasing the trailer of the upcoming Telugu thriller, Thimmarusu: Assignment Vali, starring Satya Dev in the lead role. Thimmarasu, an official remake of the Kannada film Birbal Trilogy Case 1: Finding Vajramuni, is set to release on July 30, becoming the first major Telugu film to hit screens after theaters were shut down in the wake of the second wave of Covid-19.

"Thanks a ton, Tarak anna for your kind gesture. Means a lot for our film, Thimmarusu," tweeted Satya Dev. The trailer of the film will hit the internet at 4:50 pm on Monday. 

The film stars Priyanka Jawalkar of Taxiwaala-fame as the female lead, and features music by Sricharan Pakala, known for composing music for Kshanam, PSV Garuda Vega, and Krishna and His Leela, to name a few.

Directed by Sharan Koppisetty, the film has been bankrolled by East Coast Productions in association with S Originals.
