Actor Cory Hardrict, best known for starring in several film and television titles like American Sniper, S.W.A.T., The Chi, The Oath, etc, is all set to star in an indie thriller titled Die Like A Man. 

The film, set to be written and directed by Eric Nazarian, is the first of a street trilogy that revolves around themes of masculinity, violence, and gentrification in 21st century America.

Hardrict will play the role of a recently paroled gangster, who returns to his old west Los Angeles neighbourhood after serving a decade behind bars, now gentrified and redeveloped. He soon finds out that all his friends are dead or moved on. His only anchor that remains is in training his best friend's son in the ill-fated codes of masculinity on the street that lead to devastating consequences. Hardrict is also executive producing the film.

The actor can be currently seen in the latest season of  The Chi. He was recently seen in The Outpost, and he also has the thriller film Karen coming up.
