We had previously reported that SonyLIV has acquired a number of Tamil films that will release on the OTT platform and skip releasing on the big screens. It's now known that Aishwarya Rajesh's Thittam Irandu will also be joining that list. A source close to the makers has confirmed that the film will be out on SonyLIV by the end of this month or the first week of August.

Produced by Dinesh Kannan of Sixer Entertainment and Vinod Kumar of Mini Studios, the film will be directed by Vignesh Kathick, who is known for his viral short film series. Yours Shamefully. Gokul Benoy of Monster and Mafia fame is handling the cinematography for Thittam Irandu which will have music by Sathish Raghunathan.

The film will mark Aishwarya Rajesh's second direct-to-OTT release after last year's Ka Pae Ranasingam. The actor has Tamil films like Bhoomika, Driver Jamuna, Dhruva Natchathiram, the Tamil remake of The Great Indian Kitchen, and Telugu films like Republic and Tuck Jagadish in different stages of production.
