Samantha Win, who recently starred in Army of the Dead, is set to star in the upcoming cyberpunk indie film, The Dresden Sun.

Written and directed by Michael Ryan, The Dresden Sun will be a mixture of sci-fi, action, and thriller genres. 

The story revolves around a heist gone wrong when a mercenary with a traumatic past steals a valued asset.

Ryan will bankroll the film along with Tyler Lockamy under their Archetype Pictures banner. 

Meanwhile, Win has also worked in films like Wonder Woman, Man of Steel, and in hit television shows such as Arrow, Lethal Weapon and Agent X.
