The Mandalorian season 3 will reportedly begin shooting on April 5. Following its 2019 debut, the Disney+ Star Wars show quickly rose to become one of the most popular shows on TV.

According to Screenrant, a new production report has listed April 5 as the start of the shoot in Los Angeles.

Season 2 of the show premiered in October 2020 to widely positive reviews. The season also introduced multiple characters from previous Star Wars movies and TV shows like Boba Fett, Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan.

The Mandalorian's star cast includes Pedro Pascal, Giancarlo Esposito, Temuera Morrison, Rosario Dawson, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers, Werner Herzog, Taika Waititi, Gina Carano, and Nick Nolte

Reports suggest that the series might aim to premiere season 3 in 2022.
